In the heart of the Maremma, on the slopes of Mount Amiata, the Salustri farm extends into an area beaten by the winds of the sea whose ideal microclimate has always allowed organic farming. It is here that the Salustri family has been dedicated to agriculture for generations, producing quality wines and oil, respecting the environment and the traditions of the Maremma.
This variety is exclusively present in the geographical area of southern Tuscany and it is precisely due to the characteristics of climate, soil and exposure that the oil obtained is one of the best on the market. Thanks to the high adaptability of the plant, already very rustic in itself, the Segginanese olive is able to adapt perfectly to the climate, to the altitude, and it is possible to obtain oils with different chemical and organoleptic characteristics and in any case unmistakable compared to any other Tuscan and Italian oil
